いろんなぎょうざがあるけれど、私はやっぱり水餃子が好きかなあ。蒸し餃子もなかなかですが。私はうちの母を粉もん魔女とあがめていますが、私はその弟子なのですが、なかなか粉もんはむずかしいところ。冬に作るこ。。。
